Audited Supplier CTR663 is a rutile type titanium dioxide manufactured by a new production process using sulfuric acid method. Its hydrolysis and calcination are specially designed and controlled, and advanced and fine grinding make the particle size distribution of CTR663 more uniform. After special surface treatment, CTR663 has lower oil absorption and better leveling performance.
It has the prominent particle size and distribution by strict process parameter designing and controlling, and the special inorganic and organic coating treatment. So, it has been widely used in flexible and moderate durability plastics. It has many advantages, such as prominent dispersibility, excellent bluish undertone, whiteness, high temperature anti-yellowing, non-breaking during production of casting film at high temperature, etc.
